Cyle is passionate about two things. 1) Supporting people to reach their goals and dreams. 2) Helping companies communicate effectively in different languages to succeed in the global marketplace.
Lisa McPhie Cox
Director of Operations for Air & Sea International
Lisa McPhie Cox is the Director of Operations for Air & Sea International. She has worked in the International Transportation Industry for over 38 years. While employed at Air & Sea International, Lisa has been responsible for setting up and maintaining a worldwide agent network for the Corporation. In this capacity, she is able to interact with many different countries. She is also responsible for negotiating carrier contracts and handling customer-training seminars.
Lisa has also been very involved with the World Trade Association for over 30 years and has held every position in that organization including serving as the President twice.

Brandon Mark is a shareholder at Parsons Behle & Latimer and works in the firm’s Litigation, Intellectual Property, and Real Estate practice groups. Additionally, he is the leader of the Real Estate Litigation practice group. Mr. Mark has represented clients in state and federal trial courts around the country, including the Utah Supreme Court and the Utah Court of Appeals, the Nevada Supreme Court, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Ninth, Tenth, and Federal Circuits, as well as before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization.

Emily Hayes grew up in Washington DC and graduated from BYU in 2006. She worked for several years for the financial regulator FINRA, as a business systems analyst, and continued that career at Edwards Lifesciences when she moved to Utah in 2011. In 2015 she started Emily Hayes Homes, a residential real estate group under KW South Valley Keller Williams. She was Rookie of the Year in her office and tripled her business in her 2nd year to become one of the top 3 individual producers, selling almost 40 homes.
Emily loves being involved in the business community in Utah and is currently an ambassador for the Utah Women’s Networking Group, a BNI chapter President, and a member of the Jr. League where she works on the State Public Affairs Committee. Emily loves connecting people and would call relationship building one of her greatest skills.
